Malaysia will host Singapore's Royal Institution its 3rd International Congress and Conferment Ceremony on May 1 at the Sutera Harbour Marina Golf and Country Club's Theatre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The congress will ha--.e its theme as "Global Networking for Business and Investment Opportunities."

Royal Institution, Singapore (RI), is a Global professional multidisciplinary membership and accrediting organization comprising of 208 Royal Institutes of various disciplines and professions. RI aims to be the platform for global networking and collaboration through information, technology, knowledge, ideas and skills exchange.

presiding o\er the conferment ceremony is the former chairman of the Commission on Higher Education and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institution International Ad'.

To be honored as Fellows of RI are prominent Filipino, Malaysian and Singaporean delegates including 30 doctorate degree holders, Dr. Rufo R. Mendoza, Vice Chairman, Board of Accountancy, Philippine Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC). Dr. Ruperto P. Somera. former Regional Director of Bureau of Internal Re--.enue (BIR). Fr. Dr. Herminio V. DaQohoy, Rector MaQnificus, Uni--.ersity of Sto. Tomas (Usn (oldest uni--.ersity in Asia) and State Uni--.ersity and College (SUC) Presidents and officers, Philippine Academy of Accountants for Business, Research and Education officers and members, all of whom are CPA Doctors and in the private sector.

Fellows of Royal Institutes will present their Research Papers ranging from Business, Education, Finance, Law, Management. Social Sciences and Taxation. Presenters are doctorate degree holders and authors.
