RI ACCREDITED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS & ORGANISATIONS

RI Accredited Educational Institutions and Organisations (RIAEIO) shall be Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges, Schools, Academies, Institutes and/or Institutions which standard and quality of education and teaching facilities are deemed to be of satisfactory standard; and whose membership shall in the opinion of the Senior Advisory Council add prestige to and advance the objectives of the respective Royal Institutes.

ACCREDITATION PROCESS
  1. Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement
  2. Submission of Requirements
  3. Submission of Official List of faculty and students
  4. Evaluation of submitted documents
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Accredited Educational Institution and Organisations (AEIO) shall be institutions and organisations:

  1. registered with and/ or approved by the Registry of Companies and Businesses, Ministry of Education and/ or other government accrediting body of their countries; and
  2. have satisfied Royal Institution's requirements on quality, education, technical skills training, or technology
AWARD OF RECOGNITION (I)

This award is given to RI Accredited Educational Institutions and Organisations, who can substantiate that standard and quality of education and teaching facilities are of satisfactory standard.

AWARD OF DISTINCTION (II)

This award is given to RI Accredited Educational Institutions & Organisations, who can substantiate very satisfactory institutional quality assurance through Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), and demonstrate very satisfactory program outcomes through good proportion of accredited programs, the presence of Centers of Excellence and/or Centers of Development and/or International Certifications.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR AWARD OF DISTINCTION:

    1. UPDATED ORGANISATIONAL PORTFOLIO
    2. DOCUMENTS OF VERY SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE IN INSTRUCTION, RESEARCH, EXTENSION, & PRODUCTION PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES
    3. AWARDS OF RECOGNITION
      • Recipient of at least two (2) Awards of Recognition from national award giving bodies or national government.

AWARD OF EXCELLENCE (III)

This award is given to RI Accredited Educational Institutions & Organisations, who can substantiate exceptional institutional quality and enhancement through Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), and prove excellent program outcomes through a high proportion of accredited programs, the presence of Centers of Excellence and/or Centers of Development and/or International Certifications.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR AWARD OF EXCELLENCE:

    1. UPDATED ORGANISATIONAL PORTFOLIO
    2. DOCUMENTS OF OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN INSTRUCTION, RESEARCH, EXTENSION, & PRODUCTION PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES
    3. AWARDS OF DISTINCTION
      • Recipient of at least two (2) Awards of Distinction from international award giving bodies.
