RI Officials Pay Courtesy Visit to the Office of Maldives Qualification Authority, Malé, Maldives – Officials of the Royal Institution of Singapore paid a courtesy visit to the office of Maldives Qualification Authority (MQA) on 9th of May 2016. The delegation was warmly received by officials of MQA headed by Director Ms. Nazima Mohamed. During the visit, both parties exchanged insights about the respective parties’ mission, vision, goals, objectives, and directions. The exchange of ideas also provided an opportunity for the Maldives Qualification Authority and Royal Institution to explore possible collaboration opportunities for the improvement of services of MQA towards progress of Maldives’ educational system.

In the same visit, Almacrest International College’s (AIC, Sabah, Malaysia) President and CEO, Miss Stephanie Yen, also discussed the two hundred (200) RI’s Scholarship offerings applicable to select courses tenable in her school. The tuition-based scholarship was made available and extended to the citizens of Maldives, where they get the chance to go on further studies and complete Diploma programmes of their choice in AIC.
