(200307961C)(RI) was incorporated in 2003 and registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) - formerly known as the Registry of Companies and Business of Singapore (RCB) and had passed through the Ministry of Education of Singapore (MOE). Royal Institution Pte Ltd or in short, Royal Institution is supported by an International Advisory Council, guided and directed by a Governing Council, and assisted by a board of professionals and members of the academe. The Royal Institution has regional offices in Singapore and the Philippines and liaison vice-presidents in Malaysia, United Kingdom, Australia and the People’s Republic of China. Royal Institution has more than 200 Royal Institutes as constituent members.
