About the Royal Institution (RI)
Royal Institution Pte Ltd (200307961C) (RI) was incorporated in 2003 and registered
with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) - formerly
known as the Registry of Companies and Businesses of Singapore (RCB). Royal Institution
Pte Ltd or in short, Royal Institution (RI) is supported by an International Advisory
Council guided and directed by a Governing Council and assisted by an Honorary Board
and a committee of professionals and members of the academe. Royal Institution currently
has regional offices in Singapore and in the Philippines and liaison officers in
Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the People’s Republic of China.
Royal Institution is the coordinating platform for global networking, knowledge
and ideas exchange through its constituent members which comprise approximately

Background
RI was envisioned by the "well established" multi-discipline ATS Group of companies established in 1968.
ATS Group’s activities include professional Architectural, Engineering, Development
and Management Consultancy services, Industrial projects, Real Estate Development
and Investment, Construction, Research and Development of Information Technology
(IT), computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering, software technology
